Add Room Type in the Personalized Pre-arrival Email

In some circumstances, the hotel would like to reconfirm the room type the guest booked before they arrived. We have added this personalized token for you.

Before you add the Room Type token to the email template, please ensure you have completed the room type mapping:

Find the Room Type personalized token and place it in the email template as the same as how you use other personalized tokens.

The guest now will receive an email with the room type booked.
