# Add/Edit Facility

## Hotels may add/edit a facility in KAI extranet.

#### Property -> Facilities

#### Click the Add Facility to add a new facility, or click the Edit icon to edit the existing facility.

1. Add Name, Type, Telephone, Description and Opening Hours.

2. Audio Experience: audio could be uploaded to introduce the facility.

3. Video: A YouTube video could be embedded into the facility page.

4. Online Reservation: if the facility supports online reservations, a reservation link could be added.

#### After SAVE the facility, menus and photos may be uploaded.

1. Click Add Menu to add a new menu or click x to delete the existing menu

2. Hotel can choose a cover photo, or click x to delete a photo
