Customize Guest Journey Emails

Don't like the default guest journey email subjects? Or would like to insert an inspiring photo? Here we give you the flexibility to customize them.

KAI has implemented a default email subject for each guest journey email, which has resulted in a significant increase in the open rate. However, we completely understand the importance of a customized email subject that captures the unique character and charm of your hotel. Additionally, including an inspiring photo will further enhance the guests' excitement before their arrival. Here's how you can make it happen:

Email Subject:

- Add an attention-grabbing emoji to boost the open rate (it's best to use no more than two emojis).

- Incorporate personalized tokens (such as the guest's name, hotel name, etc.).

Use more Personalized Tokens

Using additional Personalized Tokens in the email body will help boost the email response rate. These tokens can include the guest's name, hotel name, check-in date, check-out date, and the room type booked.

Insert Photos

To make the guest experience even more exciting, you can add an inspiring photo to the email. Simply click on the image icon and choose to upload a new photo or select an existing one. This will enhance the guests' anticipation before their arrival.

To add a photo, simply click on the image icon. This will open the Media Library where you can choose to upload a new photo or select an existing one. Once you've made your selection, insert the photo into the email.

Please note that currently only images in JPG/PNG formats are allowed.
