It's very common for hotels to provide exclusive services, products or hotel credit to guests nowadays. Whether it is complimentary or chargeable, it's a unique way to create a memorable experience for their stay. But can I limit the number of vouchers that each guest can claim?
The answer is Yes. KAI allows you to set the maximum number of vouchers that each guest can claim.
Here is how:
For example, a resort would like to encourage its guests to opt-in to its sustainability program. In return, the guests who choose to opt-in will receive a one-time hotel credit.
1. Create Hotel Credit in the product catalogue:

- Set product type as Hotel Credits
- If it's complimentary, put the discounted price as 0
- Set Fixed Quantity as Yes and put the maximum number of vouchers that each guest can claim.
2. If you only allow the guests to access the product from the private product link instead of from the mobile concierge, you may set the product Visibility as Private. Once you saved the changes, the guests can only access the product from the link you shared.
3. On the product page, the guest can only choose the maximum number of vouchers to claim or purchase as you set.
