Contact your assigned KAI Customer Success Manager to begin the integration process for your PMS or CM.

Cloudbeds Integration

Step 1: Retrieve and Share Your Cloudbeds Hotel ID

1. Log in to your Cloudbeds account.

2. Look at your browser's address bar (URL); your account ID will be displayed there.

3. Provide this Hotel ID to your KAI Customer Success Manager to begin the integration process.

Step 2: Connect Cloudbeds to KAI

1. Access the Cloudbeds Marketplace by logging in to your Cloudbeds account

2. Click on Account -> Apps & Marketplace

3. Search for KAI using the search bar

4. Click on KAI from the search results or on Learn More for more detailed information about KAI

6. Select CONNECT APP to start the integration.

7. Click Allow Access to grant KAI permission to sync with Cloudbeds.

8. Successfully connected KAI to your Cloudbeds account. Notify your KAI Customer Success Manager of the successful connection.

Specific functionalities with Cloudbeds

KAI is seamlessly integrated with Cloudbeds through a 2-way connectivity. With our Cloudbeds integration, you have access to all our advanced functionalities:

  • Cloudbeds PMS will automatically update KAI when a reservation is created or updated
  • Guest data in Cloudbeds PMS will automatically be synced to KAI

Limitations with Cloudbeds

  • KAI is unable to update rooms, rates and availability in Cloudbeds PMS

How to disconnect Cloudbeds

Step 1: Disconnect Cloudbeds from KAI side

1. Inform your KAI Customer Success Manager that you would like to disconnect KAI from Cloudbeds.

2. Once your Customer Success Manager has informed you of the successful disconnection, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Disconnect KAI from Cloudbeds side

1. Access the Cloudbeds Marketplace by logging in to your Cloudbeds account

2. Click on Account -> Apps & Marketplace

3. Click on Connected Apps

4. Find KAI and click Disconnect
