Update Guest Journey Status
For some reason, you might want to enable/disable a certain guest journey email to facilitate your needs. Here is how:
1. Search the Reservation
Reservation -> List -> Search reservation
2. Find the Reservation
Tick the reservation you'd like to update its guest journey status, click Update Guest Journey.
3. Choose the Journey
Choose the journey you'd like to enable or disable. Click Save to complete the change.
Once you saved the change, you will see the Guest Journey status was changed.
