The pre-arrival survey completion notification email(s) can be changed or added by the hotel.
The pre-arrival survey is a very important touchpoint to understand your guests' interests and preferences. If the hotel reassigns the team/person to follow up with the guest about their special requirement or assistance, the hotel can update the emails or add up to 3 emails to be notified.
Settings -> Pre-arrival Survey
1. Add/Update Reply-to Email Address
The guest will reply to this email address for all survey completion notification emails they received.
2. Enable the Survey Completion Notification
To receive a system notification when a guest completes a pre-arrival survey.
3. Update/Add Email Address
All survey completion email notifications will be sent to these email addresses
