Completed creating the email and the guest segment, you are now ready to send personalized marketing emails. Just one more step.
Here are the step-by-step instructions to guide you on how to create a campaign.
Go to Engagement -> Marketing -> Campaigns: https://prism.gokai.co/engagement/marketing/campaigns
You may either create a new campaign or edit an existing campaign from here.
Follow the steps on the left side to complete the Campaign settings:
1. Select a segment from the dropdown list to send your campaign to
Customise "Send To" field by choosing from the dropdown list
2. Select an email address to send from
*Important: the hotel MUST complete custom domain configurations before sending marketing emails. If you haven't done so, please refer to this instruction:

3. Use a subject to catch the attention of your guests
Personalisation tokens are available to be inserted into the subject
4. Select a date and time to send out your campaign.
You may choose either Schedule for later, Send now or Recurring:
Based on your email, you can select the frequency for recurring emails:
And decide when the recurring email should be sent out:
5. Select an email from the dropdown list to use in this campaign:
6. Save and send the campaign to your guests with one click.
**Please note that Custom Domain must be completely and successfully configured before marketing emails can be sent. To configure a Custom Domain, please refer to the below instructions:
