Update Reservation Status

How to update a reservation status

When KAI doesn't connect to PMS, the reservation status will be synced to KAI. If you would like to update the reservation status in KAI to get an immediate reaction to the guest's journey. You are able to manually update the status in KAI.

Reservation -> List

1. Search a Reservation

Search reservation by “Booking Reference”, “First Name”, “Last Name”, “Check-In Date” or “Check Out Date”.

2. Choose a Reservation to Update

Tick the reservation to be updated, then click “Update Status”. Choose the status and click “SAVE”.

3. Save Changes

After clicking SAVE, you will see the booking status has been updated.
